Hakainde Hichilema and five others accused of having committed treason are back in court awaiting ruling on whether the case should be committed to the High Court or not.
Hichilema, the UPND leader, and give others are already in the dock.
Both defense and state lawyers are also settling in.
Magistrate David Simusamba is expected to give a ruling on whether the alleged treason charge slapped on Hichilema and his co-accused can be reffered to the High court following a committal certificate from the Director Public Prosecutions office.
The court may also delve into the preliminary inquiry issues on how the alleged charge qualifies as treason.
