Judgement on in HH insulting language case

Lusaka magistrate Greenwell Malumani has arrived in court to deliver judgment in a case where UPND leader Hakainde Hichilema is accused of using insulting language on police officers who went to arrest him on April 11.

The prosecution witnesses testified against Hichilema last week, with numerous contradictions in their testimonies.

One of the state witnesses, Mpanzi Mbita, was compelled to apologise to court for lying during cross examination.
