FRESH from slowing ‘millionaires’ Lusaka Dynamos’ surge on top of the Super League, Lumwana Radiants face another giant in Power Dynamos in this weekend’s MTN/FAZ Week 17 round of games.
And Nkana coach Beston Chambeshi will be looking for a third straight win when his team takes a long trip to Choma to face Green Eagles.
Radiants have been posting impressive results since former coach Zeddy Saileti took over after he was fired at Nkana.
Saileti has since lost once in the four matches he has presided over which has seen his team move into fifth position on the log.
But today the young team from North Western Province faces Power Dynamos, a team that is not in the habit of dropping points at home under Dan Kabwe.
“This is a very big match for Lumwana, it is a very important game for the boys as well. You know coming from beating Lusaka Dynamos and now facing another big team, Power Dynamos. It’s a chance for the boys to be exposed to one or two things from these games. For us we will just play each game as it comes. We can’t start setting targets now,” said Saileti.
In Lusaka, leaders NAPSA Stars face Kabwe Warriors hoping to increase their lead, Mufulira Wanderers host Nchanga Rangers while Konkola Blades host Nakambala Leopards in Chililabombwe.
Elsewhere, Buildcon host City of Lusaka at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in Ndola while Red Arrows versus Zesco United and Nkwazi versus Zanaco have been postponed.
Tomorrow, Forest Rangers host Green Buffaloes while Dynamos host Real Nakonde.
