ZANACO striker Martin Phiri says the club’s supporters are yet to see good performances as what they saw in the opening match they played against Gambia Armed Forces FC was yet to be bettered.
Phiri said he was looking forward to scoring at least 15 goals in the Super League and 10 in continental championship.
“This is just the beginning, the best is yet to come, I want fifteen goals this season in the league as a target for myself and in the continental champions league, I want 10 goals,” said Phiri.
Phiri started his 2018 continental quest with two goals which he scored against Gambia Armed Forces during their opening match of the CAF Champions League played at Nkoloma Stadium in Lusaka which ended 3-0 in favour of sensational Zanaco.
Last season, Phiri played for Power Dynamos FC but will this season be on the books of Zanaco tutor Mumamba Numba.
