FORMER Lusaka Dynamos player Nseumo Dongue George Isis has sued the club in the High Court demanding payment of K200,000 for termination of his employment.
In a statement of claim filed in the principal registry, Isis is claiming K80,000 as money owed to him and K120,000 which is due to him from date of termination of his employment to the end of the contract.
Isis stated that he was employed by the defendant as a professional footballer and his contract was supposed to run for two years.
He stated that he was entitled to a monthly net salary of K10,000 in addition to a winning bonus of K4,000 and scoring bonus of K200 per goal scored.
Isis stated that Lusaka Dynamos, in breach of the contract, failed to pay him for eight months before his contract was terminated on December 14 last year without notice.
He stated that following his dismissal, he has on several occasions demanded payment of his salary and further payment of one month lieu of notice but the club has failed to do so.
Isis is demanding damages for breach of contract without notice, payment of all the monies due with interest and costs.
