ZAMBIA women national soccer team this afternoon take on the Black Queens of Ghana in a friendly match in Lusaka.
The Shepolopolo are using this encounter to prepare for the forthcoming 2018 Africa Women Championship scheduled for later this month.
Nkoloma Stadium will again be used to host this match as the women prepare for trip to Ivory Coast for camping, two days after today’s match.
Ghana are equally using this tie to gauge their readiness for the Africa Cup which has eluded them from inception. Ghana are placed in Group A alongside Cameroon, Algeria and Mali.
The Shepolopolo are currently shaping up and are placed in Group B where they are to face defending champions Nigeria, Kenya and South Africa.
The top two sides in the groups will progress to the next round of the continental competition.
