Zambian swimmers debut in China tournment


SWIMMER Tilka Paljk yesterday started with a 31.84 time in the 50 breast at the 14th FINA World Swimming Championships 2018 currently being held in Hangzhou, China.

Alexandros Axiotis also swam 100 breast with a time of 1:04.58

Three swimmers, Paljk, Axiotis and Ralph Goveia, are representing Zambia at the tournament that began yesterday and ends on December 16.

The team is supported by coach Gajan Sothylingam and delegation leader, Zambia Swimming Union president, Guy Phiri.
