Stream one battle goes to the wire

ROLLER-COASTER is the feeling that the encounters today in the finale of the FAZ/MTN provisional league will deliver to the fans that will gather at various stadiums to witness the end of this season.
Stream A has no particular or absolute leader as in the past few weeks, the top has been changing, rather passed on from one team to another like an Olympic relay team.

Lusaka soccer fanatics will swarm Sunset Stadium to watch two giants Zanaco and Prison Leopards lock horns as the bankers, Zanaco, look to seal their quest for the log top with a win. On its part, Leopards will try to escape relegation at the last minute.
Zanaco have so far banked 30 points from the played 17 games and if they win this game, they stand a chance to play in the continental league, Absa Cup and win the league dependent on the results in other encounters.
Log leaders Kabwe Warriors will be facing Red Arrows at Godfrey Chitalu Stadium in Kabwe. A win for Kabwe Warriors will spell instant summit stay for them but if they draw or lose to Red Arrows, the table will surely see some movement in the top four and other contenders may just go past them.
Another must watch game is the Zesco United versus Kitwe United scheduled for Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in Ndola.
Second-placed Zesco will be seeking to topple Kabwe Warriors while Kitwe United will be hoping to record a win and submerge from the jaws of relegation.
Seventh placed Nakambala Leopards hosts Lusaka Dynamos at Nakambala Stadium in Mazabuka in a formality match as they are both safe but too weak in points to vie for anything at this point.
Mufulira Wanderers and Green Buffaloes will equally be bidding farewell to this short season as they square off at Shinde Stadium in Mufulira.
All games in stream two will be played tomorrow and the top two in each stream will be taking part in the Absa Cup whose date is to be announced after these games.
