NAPSA TAKES AIM AT EAGLES

NAPSA Stars this afternoon aim at containing Green Eagles’ soar as the two sides clash in FAZ/MTN Provisional Super League Stream B concluding games. The Zambia National Service (ZNS) sponsored side, Green Eagles, have no need to worry or stress as they are hosted by Napsa Stars. With enough points already and qualified for the all streams play offs, Green Eagles head into the tie overwhelmingly energised after amassing 35 points from 17 encounters, 5 points better than second placed Buildcon.

Napsa on the other hand managed to break a bad spell that had befallen the team and will leave this season to fight for glory in the next. In Kitwe, Power Dynamos will host neighbours Buildcon at home, the Arthur Davies and the result of this game has a much more significance for Buildcon than the host. If Buildcon wins, they stand a chance of maintaining the second slot on the log and play both in the CAF continental tournament and Absa Cup. However, if they lose and Nkwazi, who are being hosed by Lumwana Radiants at Lumwana Stadium win, Nkwazi would certainly displace them.

Lumwana Radiants are only wary of Circuit City who pose a threat of pushing them back into the relegation zone if they, in a very unlikely turn of events manage to beat Nkana FC, who are wounded from their last loss. The game between Circuit City and Nkana will be played at Edwin Imboela in Lusaka. The worst formality match of the day is one that pits Forest Rangers against FC MUZA and will be played at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium.

Forest have 26 points and a win only takes them to third slot with no benefits while a draw or loss means no change while even a win for FC MUZA can’t save them staying afloat.
