Keep leaders accountable, Mwenye urges Zambians

FORMER attorney general Musa Mwenye says the duty of leaders is to place the interests of the country above personal, tribal or political interests.

In a tweet yesterday, Mwenye urged Zambians to keep their leaders accountable.

“What does it mean to be Zambian?” he asked. “To be a Zambian is to have an equal say in the affairs of our country and to keep leaders accountable. The duty of our leaders is to place the interests of the country above personal, tribal or political interests.”
