FAZ says it expects nothing but victory in tomorrow’s CHAN final round first leg qualifier match against eSwatini in Mbabane.
Zambia will be hoping for a favourable away result that makes the return match in Zambia next month easier in the bus to qualify to the tournament in Cameroon next year.
Speaking ahead of the match, FAZ general secretary Adrian Kashala who is delegation leader said the Association will give the team maximum support in the quest to qualify for the tournament.
“We need to give them moral support, the team is fine and training is going well. The boys are ready and from the Association we expect nothing but a win. We are expecting a good performance from the boys. They need our support,” said Kashala.
Team captain Adrian Chama has promised a ‘positive’ result tomorrow.
“Competition in the team is good and healthy. Everyone is ready and looking forward to the game. We are looking forward to get a positive result on Sunday,” Chama said.
The skipper said the team was not under pressure that comes with matches of such magnitude.
