“There is one child of the family now living, born on April 25, 2012. No other children now living have been born to the petitioner and the respondent during the same marriage except for Ebelly Molly Muzungu, a girl born to the petitioner on June 14, 2010 and Mulondwe Muzungu a boy born to the respondent on August 16, 2006 respectively,” Chilala said.

She added that no arrangements have been made or is proposed to be made between the parties for her support or the children of the family.

Chilala is now praying to the court that the said marriage be dissolved and that she may be granted custody of child and Muzungu should have access at reasonable times.
